Adding ARM Toolchain to MPLAB X Compilers

Being experienced in the PIC range of microcontrollers, using MPLAB’s IDE is a comfortable environment to work in. However, until recently to develop for the Atmel ARM-Cortex chips meant needing to work in a second, less familiar IDE – Atmel Studio 7. While there is nothing wrong with this IDE, knowing one really well is better than only partly knowing two.
